Default CPA promoting concept, am I getting this right?

Hello!

When I joined this forum I didnt even know that something like CPA existed and now I fell in love with it .

So I joined few of the networks and started exploring, I started a PPC campaign few days ago and I think that I am slowly figuring this out.

I spent 75$ and got 67.4$ back , it's still a negative ROI but at least it wasnt that bad for the first time. What I did was direct linking the offer without the landing page. It wasnt done over Google, I used 7search to promote the offer.

Before I start promoting on google I want to know if I got this concept right for doing PPC on gooogle.

PPC -> Landing Page (with relevant content for good quality score) -> CPA offer as ads on the landing page ?

I am thinking about spending about 500-800$ a month, this is what I can afford to "lose" at the moment.

So is this about right or am I missing something important ? (besides testing testing testing)

I've doing my calculations about CPA+PPC too.. But it seems that in my situation articles + videos is the way to go ...

let's have this one reserved for something nice.

Nice ROI..still negative but much better than when I first tried PPC haha.

Yes, you have the general idea down, now the tough part is creating a whole strategy that is a funnel of relevant rich information. The best thing you can do for yourself is put the work in to get a good quality score. Quality score is probably more important than the actual offer!

This is one way to do it, and a way that generally works well, the stats from your first campaign look pretty good!

Thanks for the support!

Yes that's what I thought, that the quality score is the most important part for Google Ads. Is there some kind of guide for what is relevant to the score I can go over ?

Im sure there is plenty of information and free ebooks all over the web and this forum. At the most basic level you want your keyword to show up and also similar keyords often throughout your site.

For instance, if you are bidding on the keyword "diet pill" and that doesnt show up in your ad copy, title, domain, landing page, etc...This equal bad quality score

If your domain is www.dietpill.com and your ad copy has a title with the word diet pill and then in your ad you also mention diet pill and then your whole landing page is about diet pills, then this equals good quality score.

Then of course there is more broad things you can do like site design, links etc that should help QS

At the risk of dumbing it down too much, i hope I helped at least a little
