It is real easy to buy a cheap domain name and redirect. I think there is a rule against direct linking. Well congrats. on your first sale. Keep on trucking!

But hey we all get wiser and work smarter. Try some different ad variations, different people react on different words, like "Purchase" has a different value to some people than "Buy", "Order, "Get", "Grab", "Download", "Super", so on... you get the idea... words have a different value set attached so try different ad variations for a higher CTR and conversion. Oh snap, 50% refund rate. That is insanity. Some pretty poopy clickbank products out there. Sometimes I think clickbank should be a little more stringent with their product acceptance.

Oh yea, you should really start tracking your campaign to the keyword levels. I was using CPV and had I not track anything down to the keyword levels (which I really think that CPC users should do that too), I would have left so much money on the table!

congrats man, I am still earning the better part of my income with CB....it still works despite the heavy criticism...you just have to match the right product with the right target audience...watch out for new and hot products

Heck yeah man, when I first started I rocked that shed plan product as well. Refund rate was low and converted nicely fora cb product.

Careful with the direct linking ... Google only allows 1 direct link to a website which is usually the merchant and not the affiliate. You better clarify this before you continue, otherwise you might get your campaign penalized/stopped.

But good work on your first sale, now you know how it works. Good job!

congrats, try to find more cheap traffic sources to earn high profit margins. Using adwords is good but keep in mind they can disable it anytime if they find something shady.
