Hi, Zoobie,

If I were you I'd have set up a Voip and tried to call them again.
In the email I would have said (as I have done before) "please let me know when are you at your desk so I can contact you in a convenient time to discuss my application and answer any questions you might have."
Hope this will help next time.
It worked me so far.
By the way did they have an answer machine? Always leave a message!

Yeah, you def should find a way to call them. Being from an international country, and even suggesting you dont want to speak with them on the phone (for whatever reason) raises a few uneccessary flags.

And yes, sometimes you cant get through to them. Keep trying, keep trying!

Like everyone has said, get your hands on a Voip account. I live in the states and they always want to talk to me before approving me. You're not going to be able to get around this unfortunately. Good luck!

you have to talk to them, no way around it really. That email is not the best in information either.

I agree that setting up a VoIP account is the best thing to do. You'll get a US number and call them cheap at the same time.

yes, you need to get in touch with them via phone.
