YSM Optimizing Ad Group Set Up

So I started using Yahoo's search marketing network and I have generated some impressions and clicks for an offer I am testing. But I am having trouble figuring out how to set up ad groups for my ad campaign. I understand you ideally want multiple adgroups (15-40+ groups) and within those adgroups you add your keywords that are specific to those ad groups. Is there a tool you use for this? Cause this just sounds like tedious work.

Also, how many keywords should one have in a particular ad group? 10,20?
