Hydra Network 2.0-New Interface???

Hey guys was wondering if anyone else was having problems with the new interface?
I am unable to view creatives,banners,the actual site to be promoted.I can view the summary of the campaign but thats it.

I hope I am doing something wrong but I don't see anything to fix this. I tried logging in all 3 browsers no luck.

I saw it, but since I really don't do much with them anymore, I didn't poke around. I was under the impression that Hydra was going under, wonder why they updated their site and tracking software............maybe they're sticking around.

Hello helptobiz,

I'm sorry to hear you having trouble with the new network. We tested extensively internally and with dozens of affiliates over the past few months but with hundreds of thousands of lines of new code there are bound to be problems we didn't encounter, and subsequently fix, before the release.

If you continue to have problems please either contact your affiliate manager (via the contact info displayed at the top-right of the screen) or myself and we'll ensure you're up and running right away.

When? any proof?...i don't do any huge business with them but i'm still with them...but they did kick out affiliates that were using trickery to get conversions if you know what i mean....

Not sure but they have a fairly rocky history with investors and the ownership has been under constant disagreements and near lawsuits in the past. I'm not into drama (and generally just browse the forums for ideas), but it seems that there is enough documentation and negative buzz from those who have worked with them that maybe it's not the best place to go? Just my thoughts.

I just read the new requirements for new affiliates. One of the requirements is that you'll need to be making at least 10k per month for new applicants

You're going to see alot of this in the future as a large group of thieves force the CPA networks to turn completely away from new accounts and dormant accounts. When you walk into a store and steal something, you get arrested. When you sign up with a CPA network and steal money from them, nothing happens. It's not right and the kicker is affiliates who stole have the balls to complain about not being paid.

Such a large amount of headaches for such a slim profit margin.

The reason why Hydra changed and went under is because two or three of the owners left and formed their own company, and left Hydra reeling. I forget the other networks name but it is new.

There is only one owner now I believe. It is not because of fraudulent affiliates. They have all but done away with that stuff anyway.

Hey Josiah I have the problem figured out.I guess with the switch you have to go back into your account and specify the way you plan on promoting products.Whether it's email display etc...Since doing this I am able to view all creatives.Thank you for the reply as well as the rest of you warriors.

Still didn't work for me, I've been promoting Hydra offer using nothing but a hyperlink since the released of their amazing 2.0 platform, I tried to contact my affiliate manager (KM) but she just can't do anything about it, it has been a week back and forth communicating via emails but still nothing works, my creatives are still gone..

After I gave up on my affiliate manager, I tried to contact the support email address, I emailed them twice but not even a single answer, it looks like my email gone into a web space that no man has gone before.

And now we have Mr. Josiah who kindly enough to support our problem and even let us to email him directly so that the issue can be resolved but I've emailed him also but well, no answer what so ever, now I bet that after I bring this into this forum, he will quickly responded and perhaps giving me a help I deserve.

Swayman if you received that message give it a few more days.I got the same message after I changed my display settings and was also wondering what was going on because nothing changed.I was still unable to see banners,then all of a sudden bam there they got...it took no more than 2 weeks after so be patient my friend.
