Where do I enter my Yahoo coupon code at?

i didnt know yahoo did coupons anymore... i can never find them anyways

Well I was reading the thread that thailanddave started and he said that yahoo gives u 60 bucks in credits when you sign up for a new account, well I did and I never saw where or how to get the 60 then I found some 100 dollar coupons but there is no where to enter them so I don't know what the deal is.
