After you submit your application, call them. Tell them you just submitted your application and wanted to speak to someone as you know they prefer to speak to candidates. Tell them your plans to drive traffic.

Call them. If they cannot reach you on the phone, they move
your application to the rejected pile. It's procedural.

If you really suck at marketing they might turn you down.

Put up a blog about beating cancer with e-cigarettes or
something and post to it twice a day for a week. Ping it,
etc... then you'll have something to show.

If you are having trouble getting accepted still shoot me a pm, I have a

method to get accepted even without a website. The method I use works

90% of the time. Imran Naseem is absolutely right there are plenty cpa

networks out there don't limit yourself.

make sure your site don't look like an adsense site. your site dont come across very professional. and to boot, hardly any traffic, alexa rank 10 million is pretty sad.

ask yourself, would you have someone who has a 10million alexa rank be on your team, i mean, they could sneeze out more visitors than you by picking their nose.

Im from the UK and I got accepted easily with a 3 page website that was so basic. The secret to my success was a quick im chat to my affiliate manager its just as simple as that.

Give them a ring. My site wasnt as good as yours and i was approved on maxbounty. Irrespective, i was on the phone to an AM and i had to answer questions (it was over 10 minutes conversation)

Don't worry about MaxBooty.
They are retarded when it comes to approvals. I keep getting rejected myself, but with so many others, I don't need them. Their loss.

Any how made some changes : removed markethealth ad from the header, removed youtube videos, reduced adsense space ..

Just as everyone said earlier, your best bet after signing up to any network (not just maxbounty) is to call them or be available when they call you

I am new to CPA and stuff but following the advice on this forum i got accepted onto 2 networks now. the key is the phone conversation cause they will ask you a couple of questions just to see if you got what it takes..the answers again are on this forum even if its not 100% the truth..

When I built this website my target was ==> GOOGLE
because google loves this kind of websites .. keyword rich articles
and I'm getting highly paid by any click on this website..
But cpa networks ? that is another story.. and I'm not going to use this website to promote cpa offers .. I will use other more effrective marketing methods..

OK - I've decided to jump on the CPA bandwagon - if only to have at least some CPA companies on hand. Today, I applied for MB - and didn't have an Instant Messaging account to offer. I gave them my Skype account info instead.

I also showed them an adsense oriented site - but it had original content versus scraped.

I'll call first thing in the AM, but in the meantime, can anyone recommend the best IM provider for CPA? I don't want to go the AOL route, so what are the other main ones?

Neverblue approved me before I even had a website... they called me on the phone and we spoke for 3 minutes. I just told them I was running ppc to wordpress.

I've heard calling them is the best thing to do, you should get to know your Aff Manager anyway... ask em what offers are hot with your chosen marketing method...

Maxbounty has been very good to me. It's worth trying to get in there! If I remember I showed them a review style page with clickbank products. This was before the new Google slap though. Good luck!
