A PPV Newbie Question Can Someone HELP?

I have PPV question hopefully someone can answer.. I joined MediaTraffic a couple of weeks ago. I found out my banners maximum size has to be 750x550

So for the past 2weeks I been brushing up on my making banner skills. (Thank god for Youtube video's!) To which my banners look great I might ad!

But I'm kinda lost as to what to do behind the scenes when it comes to putting my banners live on MediaTraffic. And setting up banner rotation (for testing) Do I have to buy a domain and rotate all 3 offers of that one domain? And If I do does Prosper202 handle the rotating?

I'm so confused!!! HELPPP
