Placing pixel for campaign

Hi there i am new to CPA. i HAVE Neverblue account and i want to direct link the banner adds to the promotion.(I don't have my own landing page)

Now problem is how and where do i place PIXEL if i am doing direct linking.
Can somebody please throw some light on this issue.

1-If i am doing direct linking where do i place tracking pixel?
2-How the code will look like(example will be great help).

Please help!!
