I've spent a few hours searching through old forum posts and doing keyword site:warriorforum.com searches for a comprehensive, non-fragmented list of

1) Ezine/Email Advertisers (yes I know about the Directory of Ezines, by Charlie Page, great resource)

and

2) A few co-reg companies spoken well of in other threads here (old ones) such as:
- Get Response, GetSubscribers
- Opt-In Intelligence,
- Simpler Leads
- Arcamax

What I would love to do is find a list of say "Top 10" Ezine/Email + QUALITY co-Reg advertisers.

This is not a thread about whether or not co-reg works. I know it does and doesn't work under certain circumstances, I just want to get more info.
