The Spanish Market

I am looking for a Adnetwork that deals with placing ads in the Spanish market only, for PPV of course with CPA offers. I have been researching some, but not quite what I want. I want my ads entirely placed in the Spanish ad market, thanks ahead of time.

Not true, their are some PPV markets for Spanish traffic!

You should take a look at this:

Some adnetworks only focus on specific regions or audiences. For example, US hispanics, Mexico, Spain, etc.

The good thing about spanish marketing is that its very cheap traffic. the payouts are less but the traffic is really cheap. so it evens out.
