Hi Everyone, A week or so ago I got an e-mail from Offervault that there is a new service out there called Affilicert, which helps you to get accepted by bigger CPA networks. I am curious if anyone tried them...Are they any good? Do they really help? Are they worth $14.99? Best Wishes, Allanon |

It is not difficult at all to get accepted to any CPA network if you read the information in the many threads that cover this. I literally got accepted to all the big ones except one without knowing the slightest thing about building a web site and without any CPA experience at all. I just read a few threads on this forum and followed exactly what they said. Called the networks with confidence and that's it. If you have tried with no luck, then go ahead and give it a try if you have money to spend. Really depends on your budget but I would think you can get into the big networks without any paid service. |

I agree with Kenster, I just applied to 3 top networks last week and got accepted to all of them. One of them denied me at first, then I called them and they accepted me. Save your 14.95 and read the posts here on how to get accepted. It's actually not that difficult. Keith |

In A word... NO! I am new to CPA marketing and read all of the info that says how difficult it is to get approved by the networks. However I have applied to 4 different networks so far last week and have been accepted to all of them. I also received the Afflilicert offer by email and figured it would be well worth 14.95 if they could do what they say. Keyword... if. I applied and paid them. The next day I got a call from someone that could barely speak English and I could hardly understand him. He asked a few questions that appeared to be totally irrelevant to the process, then we hung up. Next day I got a "Congratulations, you have been Affilicert Certified!" email. That was easy... or was it? I logged in and immediately applied to a network that I was considering. Today I have gotten six emails so far that all say "We are sorry to inform you that your Affilicert Application has been declined. Thank you for for participating in our program." I tried to log back in and I can't? No explanation? I sent an email asking for an explanation and will be happy to let you know the outcome of it. But at first glance, I was much better off on my own. If this weren't backed by Mark Roth and Offervault, who appear to be reputable (no harm intended, I'm new at this), I would think it is just a scam. However, I remain optimistic that they are just having some early logistical problems and growing pains. I'll let you know how it turns out. Vince Testa |

In the last week, after finishing Kensters WSO CPA - Rags to Riches Guide I applied and got into Neverblue, Max Bounty, Peerfly, and I personally never even called them, they called me. Getting in is easy man just do some reading if your not sure what to say to them. Save your money for traffic |

Correct me if, I'm wrong but aren't you required to give out your SSN#? I would be careful giving away your SSN#(social security number) or other really private information. I do trust Offervault.com but giving away your SSN# in any instance is something that you really thoroughly check the recipients background and history.

Here is an update.... I made several attempts over the last 3 days to contact Affilicert support as well as Mark Roth.(the same Mark Roth that responded in less than 9 minutes when I asked him how to pay him) I finally received this response from support this morning... "If Applicant is denied certification, Applicant may re-apply for certification no earlier than 180 days after Applicant was previously denied certification. Such re-application shall be subject to the application process and fees applicable at the time of re-application." Thank you, Affilicert Team" One of the reasons they cited was that I didn't give them trade references during my application, which I can't possibly have because I am new to this? This service is touted as helping people who have trouble getting approved to get approved. Yet the only way they may be able to help you is if you don't need their help? If you are well established and have trade references, you don't need them? I have yet to be denied acceptance by any network that I have applied. My first denial was from Affilicert. Worst part is there is no way to contact anyone there to speak to? Oh well, money down the drain. In my opionion, this is a total scam. Very peculiar for a company that's purpose is to screen fraud? I would stay away. It is not necessary to be certified by Affilicert to get accepted into the networks, and from my experience with them, it is actually detrimental to make an application with them. | Vince, Send them a message with the following: Subject Line - Action Required - Chargeback Warning - Final Attempt Email text - Please refund my money immediately. Prior repeated attempts to resolve this matter satisfactorily have failed. You leave me no choice other than to file a chargeback to resolve the issue. I will file the chargeback if a complete refund has not been issued within 24 hours from the time stamp on this message. Regards, your-name-here It will cost them somewhere between $35-$50 in chargeback fees if they don't refund your fee. Of course, the above assumes you paid with a credit card. Regards, John |

When I first heard about this some days ago first thing I did was to verify which networks were included. I was not impressed. At all. This is the list: Rextopia XY7 Market Leverage Unanimis Float Interactive Motive Interactive Lead Expose, Inc. Hybryd Ads Offeratti AdCommunial adCanadian Uniqueleads affiliatewise.com Global Ad Revolution CPA underground Swish Marketing Affiliate Venture Group Unite Network CPA Flash (Revenue Vision) Peerfly Triad Media RevenueStreet Partner Data (LFMNetwork) AsSeenOnPC Partner Weekly elite clicks media AdJump.com Media Trust Commision Monster Guppy Media Affiliateer Revenueads EWA AdMax B-Line Revenue Neverblue Affiliate Traction NDustry Clix CPAWAY Globalizer network Adscend Media AffiliateNetwork.com Ndemand CPADNA Video Performance Network MundoMedia SmartEoffers Get Ads Axon Media adjuice AdMedia Affiliate Cash Pile Clickspeed Commision River eComLeads Health Converters Highprofits Hybryd Ads Morning Falls Offer Fusion Snapvertise Uniblue Wix YeahCPA Notice you can't even find Maxbounty or Azoogleads in there. It's a nice try indeed, but personally, I wouldn't bother in trying them. As most other posts explained, the getting accepted part is not that difficult, and the receiving the money part shouldn't be either. And I guess that pretty much covers their unique selling points, so... |

This is a new program and I think it will become more and more popular as we move forward and it becomes harder to get accepted. I hope to see more affiliates using this tool in the future.

As of this May 5th, Affilicert has been shut down by the owners. I think it was a great idea, because it is SO time consuming filling out individual applications for each networki Affilicert allowed you to apply to most of the networks with the click of a button, without having to fillout multiple applications. Agents for Affilicert (probably from India) would call and go online to verify much of the information requested in each application. Since the majority of CPA apps are declined due to potential fraud, the verification process allowed the networks to know that the applicants were real human beings, and they did actually call all of my references. Here is the letter I received from them on May 5th, announcing that it was closed: Dear Affilicert member, After an initial trial period, we have decided, based on many factors, to place the Affilicert program on hold indefinitely. We appreciate your business, however, you will not be able to apply to the various networks through Affilicert. Of course we are offering you a full refund if that is what you would like, however, we are offering another option which you may find provides you with far more value than the cost of your membership. We have already added to the members area a new tab titled COURSES. Under this tab you will find 2 courses, one called "CPA Cash Machine" (Sells for $47.00) and the other called "Private Videos from $3K workshop" (not for sale but attendees paid $3,000). This is a tremendous amount of valuable content on CPA marketing, traffic techniques, social media, niche research and much much more. In all there are over 20 videos and PDFs on different aspects of internet marketing. These courses are LIVE in your members area right now. Feel free to go check them out. If you would like to keep your access to this material, you do not need to do anything. If you prefer to receive a refund instead, simply email us at support@affilicert.com and we will process it for you. Thanks again for your business and we hope that you are satisfied with our resolution of this matter. Regards, Mark Roth & the Affilicert Team |

I knew this was a total rip-off! I'm glad they shut down. They are the fraudsters and as far as Mark Roth... he is obviously not as reputable as he would has us believe. They basically stole my money as far as I am concerned!
