Default Advertiser site with low bank roll?

I have my own zip submit offer which I want to pay out about 1.20$ per. Im running some pretty good software on the traffic to monitor for fake traffic and regional information but have a low bank roll. So does anyone know of a Ad network that will link you with publishers but doesn't require a lot of start up cash?

If you bring your offer to the networks, and have a competitive payout for ZIP offers ($1.00-$1.50) you have to remember that that you'll actually be paying $2.50ish since you have to pay the network. Usually networks run on slimmer margins in the 20-30% range, but for these types of offers they demand more. If it's a POPULAR offer, expect to have a big bankroll for the first 30 days for your payouts. And MONITOR CLOSELY!!! ZIPS and emails are plagued with fraud (esp. if your network isn't extremely proactive about monitoring themselves).

Make sure you've run your offer across multiple traffic sources yourself first as you want to ensure conversions on the back-end FOR EACH source are good. That way you know what sources of traffic to allow/reject when you find a network that will take your offer.

All networks are different regarding their terms, $ requirements, credit history, etc so my best advice is to try a lot of them (but expect a lot of rejections if your bankroll isn't healthy)

Most important thing is you have to be able to prove that you are going to pay especially if the network says they will promote your offer without upfront money.

Are you sure your friend performed the whole action all the way through? Dont just look at page number conversion, because ive seen a few instances where the page conversion was different than the actual point of conversion.
