Ok so basicaly Im with yahoo right now and have been for several months, and i have had some really good success, but their whole system absolutely blows. Very glitchy and never seems consistent at all. I recently heard about 7search.com, and I heard they have awesome customer service and you can get clicks for cheap, however I am aware that certain offers just wont convert on certain networks because of the audience they are sending you. Has anyone had any success with 7search, and if so what types of offers / what offer categories(zip submit, education, free credit etc.) I am currently focused on Health offers(weight loss, exercise, etc), and I am just trying to figure out before hand if they have a chance at all for being successful on 7search. Any help is greatly appreciated and thank you |

I haven't used 7search so I really couldn't tell you which way to go with that, but have you ever considered Facebook? They have really cheap cpc's too and if you set your campaigns up right, you can really clean up over there.

Man, I tried them a while ago. Sucked big time. Horrible interface. Couldn't get anyone on the phone. Bad experience overall. Having said that, they might have changed their ways but the damage has been done. lol

You gotta try out everything for yourself. What one person says may not hold true for you. Test test test, only you will know.

I've launched several successful campaigns on 7search but the volume was very low compared to Google, Yahoo, or Bing. The interface really blows though. That being said, you need to test for yourself because each niche is going to be different.

Hi MPBIZ, I would like to first start by thanking you for expressing interest in 7Search.com. I would like to set up a time to speak with you or share some further information with you about how we can be a vital piece of your marketing strategies. Please feel free to email me and ask me any questions possible. I do have a Top Verticals spreadsheet which many of my current clients use to find what verticals are the most popular at a given time. @KAY ZEE - I'm sorry to hear that you had a less then pleasurable experience with 7Search.com and our client interface. How long ago was it when you used our service and if possible, what specifc things did you encounter which made your experience negative? I would like to be proactive and address concerns or issues so that we can adapt the interface to our advertisers needs. @ WOODSJA - If possible could you also let me know which part(s) of our interface caused displeasure for you? Your feedback will only allow us to make things better. We greatly appreciate any and all feedback as we try to provide the most positive experience for our advertisers. Thanks again |

So it sounds to me like basically when using smaller networks everything is basically more hit or miss, sounds like just a little more testing of diff offers etc which shouldnt be a problem at all since the cpc is so cheap. I actually started this thread for some more reviews after watching a video gaugher chaudrey made on his blog about adwords banning so many accounts. I am sure he has done his fair share of testing with 7search, but he claimed at the end that he was planning to make 5-10k net profit in the coming month if I remember correctly

@caiden - I'm glad to hear that you had tried 7Search.com and found our traffic to be to your standards. 7Search.com is alone in being a Search Engine who owns a patented technology targeting click fraud. We have the ability to validate and monitor our traffic sources and identify click fraud and eventually eliminate those sources all together. We elimiate incentivized/mechanized and roboticized traffic additionally. Being that we are an alternative search engine we have less volume overall than that of the "Big 3". In March 2010 7Search.com generated over 2.5 billion searches and that number has incrementaly gone up over the last few months. Would you be willing to share with me what it is about our client interface that you found to be unfriendly? We look to act upon clients concerns and requests so that we can create a more user friendly interface. @skygod - In fact many of 7Search.com's 39,000 advertisers experience over 10% ROI. Would you like to speak more about how I can help you achieve this also? I would be honored to serve your business through Paid Search. |

I started a campaign with about $100 bucks, ppc is cheap compared to the main 3 engines. ten cents on a dollar in some cases. I targeted terms that were searched about 100,000 times a month on google. My campaign consisted of about 20 terms. A year later I still have a $7 dollar balance.

7search is getting more and more people.. I think lots of it has to do with Gauher recommending them

There is a lot of fraud traffic on there and I have not had success on it recently (then again, I have not tried recently). When acai first came out I was buying a lot of media on there with success.

As far as I can tell the traffic is all junk. I can track my clicks to the IP address and I will usually see 5-8 clicks in a row from the same IP address and no conversions. These same offers are converting @ around 4-6% for an email submit. On 7Search 0%, same offers. Waste of time and money from my experience.

Yea, Brad contacted me and associated me with an account contact person (sort of like account manager). I have been going through 7 Search for quite some time. I am not sure what verticals are working good with them. But if they are providing superb support, that won't be a major issue, I guess. One quick tip though, demographics data is quite important if you ask me. For example : What kind of people or site is 7 search targeting? Anyone care to input anything more about 7 Search? Thanks |

I use 7search successfully for some of my own offers and I have a very good ROI. The only thing I did notice that was not in place is the traffic conversion rate. It's way lower than on Google or Yahoo.

I've had success with one campaign recently on there (surprisingly) - it's usually cluttered with really poor quality traffic though.l

I am not running any campaign there because of high number of fraud clicks, but i had one campaign in past which gave me 1000% roi for really small volume, it was just 3 figure profit after that i tried that campaign for 2 more days and roi kept on falling so i quit 7 search on that day.

They're local so I try keep an open mind-and they tend to have a booth at most conventions. It's "real people" traffic and they've got good staff over there but conversions can be a challenge. You need to REALLY learn their interface to protect yourself, They put up a few youtube videos (strongly advise watching), and I left some comments on them to further explain things they left out. My 7 account is a few years old and each trial has not gone well. My last experiment was Jan-April maybe about 20 campaigns to see what would work. Result; I currently don't use them, but a) I opened a new Adwords account and b) I'm mostly into mobile now). But 7 is cheap enough to test for yourself with no big loses. Personally I'd love to hear some more success stories. |

I have to fully agree with this. 7search needs to take care of that fraud traffic or a lot of the big players will leave them for good. | |

At ad:tech this old bald guy tried to hustle me onto 7search. The traffic seemed pretty cheap but the volume wasn't nearly as high as the other major players. Never did try it though.

7 search is good network. you need to test different offers in different categories. They have good traffic but low amount. & search is very good for testing purposes and making money at the same time. They can provide you very cheap clicks which helps you to find the profitable keywords and then you can move along to bigger ppc plat forms. & search also has awesome email support. They also offer skype help in some cases. Don't think too much . every ppc platform holds the risk of losing money. Testing matters. So just do it and find out your self |

7Search can be a great network to use. Conversion rates tend to be much lower but with a bit of thinking you can definitely make it a profitable asset. In the end it really comes down to what a fellow warrior said above. Test, test and test again. Only then you will know what works and what not. To your Success, Wellspring |

Wow.Amazing thread that started long time back. Well, i got into 7search and it seems the complaints people had back then still present today. There's lots of click and very low conversion rates. The Click Free feature is a nightmare of useless clicks... money drainer.
