Sure, it all depends on what you want to track and what you're advertising. You need to make sure you're ad platform allows for multiple sub-id tracking. - If you have an email list, you can use SUBID's to track your user/email - If you have multiple landing pages, you can use SUBID's to track which one converted the best - If you're split testing email copy, use SUBID's - Depending on your traffic source, you can use SUBID's (with PPC, you can pass keyword, ad copy version, ad group, campaign, search v. content, etc). If you're using video, you can use SUBID's to track which video converted not just the Video site itself. If you're doing things on your site to help increase conversions (exit pops, pop-under/overs), you can track those. Running a coupon/promotion? SUBID"s Doing a joint venture to push traffic to your site? SUBID's * The profit devil is in the details, so track as much as possible. It's easier said than done as each of the things I mentioned above will require a decent amount of technical knowledge to setup things correctly...but it's worth the time to learn or outsource it! - Jeff |

Try to use P202 (self-hosted version of T202) or T202 if you want to pass through your keywords to subids. I use that all the time. It works very well with my CPV/PPV campaign. If you're using PPC, preferably the 3 biggest PPC network - Google, Yahoo, Bing, then it's not going to be a problem for you for sure. Hope that helps |

For PPC, it's a combination of using the KEYWORD INSERTION tags, along with other tags/subid's you might want to include. Here's the Google link for Keyword Insertion: How do I use keyword insertion? - AdWords Help | |
