Whatup warriors! So ive been looking at some of my competitions random landing pages and some look good and others look just plain terrible. Im talking about a Review blog / testimonial site to hook the user and convince them to click thru again and BUY BUY BUY. Can anyone show some examples of PERFECT or near perfect landing pages. Obviously you might not want to show us your own, and I understand, but maybe you could show some lp's youve seen on adwords or yahoo ppc that you are almost perfect and would result in lots of sales. Im asking this because im newer to PPC and want to make some review site landing pages for my cpa offers, but dont really have an idea of what a GREAT landing page looks like. thanks |

Hint: Take a look at PPC campaigns with landing pages that have been running a long time. If they weren't working, they wouldn't still be running. ;-)

Yep, look for a highly competitive CPA related keyword and the top positions will give you some good ideas of a good page. KEEP IN MIND...some of the best converting pages look terrible. Some of the best converting offers look horrible. Some of the best converting banners look terrible. its weird how that works sometimes, hence why it is critical to test like crazy! |

I still see ads listed that are gonna get slapped. Specifically stuff from CPALead that has pop-ups and won't let you back out of the ad are still showing up when I do keyword research (consistently). Google will probably slap this stuff soon enough. |

Review sites - depending on how they are done will probably get slapped if they haven't already been slapped. There are specific guidelines now - only promote one product, disclosures about who you are etc.. Check out the Speed PPC landing page - that has a good quality score (I can tell because it ranks #1 at the very top in yellow for some key words). It's not that fancy or "salesy". |

vikramd, do you mean "slapped" as in getting slapped in google adwords, or getting slapped in general and the FTC coming to your house and breaking down your door because you have a review site with fake testimonials?
