Is a website is mandatory to enter CPA WORLD & what is TAX ID/SSN

Hi everyone.
I found this place is to be very helpful to the new bees like me in C.P.A world. I am a programmer but currently out of work. recently i have started learning C.P.A marketing & when i went to sign up page of sites such as primary ads and filinet there they are asking to enter website name,type and Tax ID/SSN etc information but i am not United States citizen i am from India. am i eligible to sign up on these affiliate network sites & i don't have any website. please guide me. i am very thankful this website for providing huge amount of useful information.

Theres loads of posts on this very section of forum about getting into CPA networks, you just have to use the search tool at the top of the webpage. Theres plenty of threads even on the first page on this section.

Before posting try actually looking, you'll get far more respect from fellow warriors if they can see you have looked before asking.

As a rule of thumb you generally need a website, can either be a blogger blog or a wordpress one. However when i was accepted into neverblue they never asked to see a website.

A website raises your chances of getting into a Cpa network ten fold. And a ssn/ tax id is an id number issued by your government.

Thanks ShaunJohnson thank you every one here for your valuable suggestions. I checked the link that you had mentioned and i think a website is really very important to get entrance in CPA world & i think i should firstly see some other way to make some money on internet. Please suggest me some other ways so i can get some experience and also can start making money on internet. I am asp.net developer also know Windows presentation foundation please suggest me how i should get started. One important thing that you suggested i think is worth to implement that is creating a blog. I will surely create a blog may be about .net programming. I would really love to get some valuable suggest about my upcoming blog from you.

I'm assuming cpa world is a network? if so then yeah just follow all the tutorials on it
