CPA networks for Aussie offers/traffic

Does anyone know what networks are decent for offers to Australian traffic sources/publishers.

I want to do CPL campaigns paying around $3/lead single optin.

So far Ive been using clixgalore, but they really don't have enough traffic/support. Basically... they are ****.

Checkmystats another network doesnt seem any better. Are there any of the big USA networks that seem to host Australian CPL offers...
