Conversion rates drop from 7% to Less Than 1% OVERNIGHT?

I have been working with a cpa network, no names just yet, where i have been relatively successfull the past 2 weeks. I have seen conversion rates of 7% for a particular product, the past two weeks, and ALL OF A SUDDEN my conversion rates dropped to less than 1% two days ago. This was after a 30% increase in traffic, from a HIGHLY TARGETED source.

Kenster, I know your gonna chime in on this.

I know EXACTLY where my sales are coming from, and the traffic has only gone up since the day i started promoting.

It's really annoying to find something that works, and then all of a sudden the network starts to get "cute". Anyone else have this problem?

It happens, it's the nature of the business and something that you need to watch for. I'd suggest contacting your account manager for it so they can look to see if there was an overall trend among all affiliates running the campaign.

I'm always watching EPC's and analytics all day long, especially because I work in the rebill space. It's just part of the job.

Is it like a trendy kind of offer, you know, something that's a fad, or is it a product/service that is always going to be somewhat popular? There's alot of things, but sometimes yes it is the network. How much were you making exactly. if you're only making twenty bucks a day, chances are they may not shave you but if you're making 500-1000 a day then they may be cutting your earnings down and keeping them. I could be wrong, but I just don't trust anyone these days, including networks. But, just wondering what network you're using. I can pretty much tell you whether or not they're honest if you PM me.

This does sometimes happen from time to time, which network? What niche? the more info provided, the more help people are gonna be.

Hes talking about healthconverter ... i highly doubt they are being tricky, but who knows. we need more info though man like did you make any changes to landers etc. Also are we talking about ppc here? is it a product that just stopped airing its nightly commercials? We need more info to help you...
