Default What is the best detailed guide for newbies ?

Hi All,

I was in CPA/CPC long time ago.
I know things are changing over time and guess that there are many new networks,methods,rules,tricks...

Friend of mine would like to start with CPA and asked me for advises, but I'm afraid I can't help much.

Can you please tell me what is the most detailed ebook guide that will cover all from network selection and list of network, choosing offers...etc...to driving traffic.

Thanks,
Nikola

Nikola,

If you want a newbie friendly guide that will show the basics of CPA, including getting accepted and the basics about the most used traffic sources, I recommend you to buy Kenster's Rags 2 Riches guide.

CPC (cost pre click) - This is the amount of money you're paying for each click your ad receives.

CPA (cost per action) - This is an advertising model where the advertiser pays when a specific action is performed (e.g. email submit, form submit, purchase of a product, etc).

Hey nikolaaa,

Honestly, you may just want to tell your friend to come here and read posts. People are very willing to help and answer questions, and your friend would be saving money too! I have bought a TON of CPA marketing guides, courses, coaching, etc. in the past and I can honestly say that not one of them was an "All-Encompassing-Guide-To-CPA-Marketing".

CPA marketing takes a lot of time to learn and there is a lot that goes into it. Way more than could ever be put into a single product. So if I were you, I would suggest to my friend that he/she come here and just read as much as possible and try to absorb everything they can. Sometimes the free stuff is just as valuable as the paid stuff, and people tend to get caught up in the idea that "Wow, I have to pay money for this product so it MUST be great!" and that's not always true! Hope that helps though!

Best of Luck,

CPABrainstormer

There are a lot of good guides around in the Warrior Forum. Read as much as you can in this very CPA forum and ask questions, people are very helpful. For the best guide for newbies IMHO, the answer is the Kenster's Rags to Riches from Kenster.

Hope this helps.

I know people are raving about Kensters ebook.........I bought the ebook and I do not recommend it.

For a newbie, you'd need to understand not only CPA but internet marketing as a whole. Kensters book does not provide that info. If your friend learns about IM they'll be able to do anything online, not just CPA.

If you want to learn how to properly set up a long term business online and not some quick cash crap in which you're spinning your wheels,

I would Google "site build it action guide". That is a timeless ebook and a classic.

Once you read that one, SBI has the Affiliate Masters Course ebook as well...both are FREE.

I think both of those ebooks will give any newbie CLEAR direction and a great foundation.

both books are by Ken Evoy...........both a really big books.

Heck i don't even recommend telling your friend to join this forum, not until they have a SOLID foundation. I say this because having a good foundation will prevent your friend from being unfocused.

Sure there is a lot of good info on this forum but what good is the info if you don't know what you need, how to use it and the difference between what's fact and what's fiction.

Thanks guys and glad you liked my guide

The truth is that all the information you need to start, grow, and explode your online business, whether CPA or not, is out there for free somewhere. There are some people who build there CPA business without ever purchasing a product ever.

But, products sometimes help expedite the learning curve tremendously. It is sometimes extremely difficult to put together all those bits of pieces of information you see everywhere and in my experience, that is the true value of a good product.

If you are a newbies, this forum is an awesome resource and really got me going. And, in truth, a few WSOs helped tremendously. If you ask most of the successful marketers, I bet they say they still purchase products all the time to get ideas!

Kensters has good reviews on here so id imagine its good.... And its cheap too. Gauhers free download is good, read it a long time ago. Otherwise spend your money on launching campaigns.

And another point...

I think its important that a product or guide will never itself make you money. It is words on paper or pixels on paper. And most CPA campaigns are just as much (if not more) art than science.

So when purchasing a guide, its important to remember that you are buying a guide to give you information and to give you the tools and ammunition to perform yourself, which will almost always involve discretion on your part.

Even think about something simple like promoting CPA offers using youtube. A good video marketing guide will tell you how to make your own videos, what sort of things work and what dont work, what you should focus on, and what you shouldnt waste your time on, maybe it will give you some good tools and software to use, and maybe it will give you some sample videos. But that guide isnt going to make videos itself. You have to read the guide, learn what its trying to teach, and then make the videos ON YOUR OWN.

Guides help shorten the learning curve and help clarify the many confusing things in this internet marketing jungle we all live in!

Bingo! Its not the smartest people making the most money, its the people taking the most action. But, so many people (even knowing this) just become paralyzed when they get to their first roadblock.

Its a great resource!

Also remember that you dont necessarily need a CPA guide. For example, if you plan on promoting CPA offers with article marketing, finding a good article marketing guide may be plenty sufficient...working CPA offers into the article marketing strategy will be easy.
