Having problems accessing CPALead today

I had to reset my password - which took a few tries.

But I managed - now, when I try to login with the new password - it just erases my email and password and takes me back to the login.php screen.

I was close to approaching maximum attempts before I reset my password - so maybe I'm locked out. Anyone else having problems logging into CPAlead today?
