B to B CPA/Affiliate?

Have never really had time to invest in CPA/Affiliate marketing due to my other online activities. However, I've been thinking that with my rather large list, it would be dumb for me to ignore the possibility of CPA/Affiliate marketing to this group.

So this begs the question. Are there any particular networks that seem to cater to b to b as opposed to b to c? Or any other techniques to uncover business related cpa/affiliat opportunities would be greatly appreciated.

Correct. Mostly small business owners, entrepreneurs, etc.
