Anyone running CPA offers through craiglist? Heard some people do by cpawealthcoach video series? Any suggestion how to do and what offers would be good?

Just do it legit and get them to go to your landing page from CL instead of having a direct link on your CL ad and everything should be smooth.

If you're trying to market with craigslist, build yourself an opt in page of some sort, so you can then re-market to them via email. That way you're not messing around with all the CL garbage

Great advice, and it is TOTALLY legitimate to do so. Many people automatically assume that when you use Craigslist for CPA that it has to be black hat, but this is simply not true. It is only black hat if you use direct linking to an offer from the CL ad itself. If you build a list through your own landing page and then re-market to them at a later date, you should not have any issues at all with your CPA network, as long as you are marketing relevant offers to them.

I agree. Plenty of people use CL to build their lists, then use that list to put a CPA offer in front of them. I've done this with good results. Just be sure to follow your CPA network's rules!

Yes guys, craigslist is a huge traffic source and if you use your noggin, you can take advantage of the traffic source. Direct linking to your CPA offer will get you in trouble at most CPA networks.

Does that mean you can't monetize craigslist traffic...ABSOLUTELY NOT.

As was said above, start a list building campaign. I have captured more emails than you can imagine with just a few ads on craigslist.

Or just send the traffic to your web page and have your landing page link off that.

Be a little creative and you can do everything legit, whitehat, and successfully.


And craigslist is not inherently bluefart. People think it is because there are many fartish things that go on with CPA their, but it can be 100% whitehat. Its traffic, just like ppc, just like organic, what you do with the traffic makes it ethical or unethical.

Hi Ken,
If I understand that correctly:

1. Craigslist Ad or post in the their forum (you know they have a forum, right?) -> webpage on mydomain.com -> CPA offer

webpage on my domain forwards/redirects to CPA offer page, so the referrer is mydomain.com and not craigslist. This will be seen as non-craigslist traffic by the CPA network?

2. Craigslist Ad or post in the their forum -> name squeeze page on mydomain.com -> goes into autoresponder

This creates a list and depending on the ad/post used to build the list, different types of offers can be sent the this list IF CPA network allows email.

Thanks and do you know that you actually make sense among lot of noise in the CPA world.

Youve got the idea but I would be hesitant to use a redirect because then its still essentially CL traffic.

My points was essentially that there are ways around any rules, any roadblock if you dig deep enough into the creative depths of your mind.

The first concept is to turn CL into web traffic by sending people to your site and letting them snoop around there. Now they are essentially converted into regular traffic as opposed to straight CL traffic.

The second concept was to capture CL traffic such as their email address, thereby converting CL traffic into a list or email traffic.


I personally love when people say something doesnt work anymore like CPA on Google, Free Trial Offers, CL....these roadblocks means there is a mass outflow of affiliates into these areas, which means with a little creativity, its more opportunity for me.

So dont be a lemming...use your noggins to work above, under, around rules and hurdles...all the while working with them!
