Will Adscend media ever get their sever problems fixed?

I really like working with adscend media, they always pay on time and have fantastic am's. But this server issue of theirs is costing me a lot of time and money. I deleted 40 campaigns the last time their server crashed and once they got their servers up and running started running some of their campaigns again. Now their servers are down again. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hey,
Our servers haven't been down in over a month. Most likely your IP got temp-blocked by our firewall for excessive connections. This last a few hours and can happen if you refresh one page a lot of times or load a ton of pages back-to-back (eg deleting 40 campaigns).

Hey Jeremy,
I take that back. I have been having a lot of difficulties with various CPA networks lately and some of my own server problems. Adscend has been great . It is just that when a CPA network has server problems it fu.ks up my whole site. It p.sses me no end. Adscend is a great network though and all networks have some problems from time to time.
