hi! i've started my first pv campaign in directcpv (a email submit) and got only one impression today. should i wait a few days or what is wrong with my campaign? i'm targeting arround 50 urls, all of these are very targeted like domain.com/browse/section.jhtml?categoryId=B123123 Anybody same experiences? Thanks! |

The problem with your campaign is that you are targetting single urls that probably get very little traffic. On top of that, if you are targetting xyz.com/section.jhtml?categoryId=B123123 and paying 1 cent a view , if someone else bids on xyz.com and pays 2 cents , he gets all (or most) of the traffic. Try targetting more trafficked urls. Use quantcast or alexa to get an idea of how much traffic they receive before you add them to your campaign. |

bbrock is right - open up your criteria to broader URL's, do some split testing w/higher traffic numbers. Once you have something converting decent begin to fine tune your URL's. Your going to lose money for a while until you get things tuned.

I would call and discuss this with your directCPV rep everything. He/she may have suggestions that can improve. These forums are hit and miss since most people wont know about how directCPV works
