Why so expensive impressions?

Hi!
i have a car campaign on ppv and i'm targeting urls, which look like domainxyz.com/used-cars/ and sometimes they have a bid cost of arround 0,35 $! is that normal? my other targets cost 0,01-0,03 $.

Do some more research on companies on where you can invest in impressions.

yeah if it is car insurance then it's normal cpv,

ok, but the offer payout is just arround 3 $. so it's not easy to get a protiable campaign with these high bid costs isn't it?
