What is the best CPA network for beginners?

I bookmarked many of these sites for future use.

I currently use Neverblue and am happy.

go for Maxbounty or EWA.

EWA will ask you for recommendation, just contact with Ryan Eagle who is in this forum. pm him. he is a very nice guy. hope he will help you a lot.

When I first started with CPA I signed up for WolfStormMedia and got accepted very quickly

I didn't even talk to them on the phone since I live outside the USA. Hope that helps.

When applying for Peerfly does we need a website or blog to apply??

MB is pretty easy, you do have to talk with them on the phone. Just be straight up and tell them that you are new. Before hand, read on different ways to promote offers and how to build web sites. Tell them that you have read and understand ways to promote and give them a couple of ways that you will promote.

All in all, if you are new you should still have a decent knowledge of how to promote because by just being a member will not get you paid.
