directcpv is your problem right there ![]() it might be normal - what's your strategy? the best way to capitalize on these types of offers is to research the demographic, find a topic with a low cpv price, create a landing page to somehow funnel the topic to that offer |

Have you spoken to your affiliate manager about this? After speakign to him/her, your next order of business should probably be to do some competition research. Between the both, you should have a good idea what works and what doesnt...in general.

| TrafficVance is my personal favorite to work with. If you need a referral and are serious to join there, let me know and I'll get you in. I don't even run on other PPV ad networks unless I want half-assed results.

I'm not a fan of directcpv, compared to trafficvance, mediatraffic, lead impact and even adon - there traffic just plain sucks, unless your promoting porn

Its a tricky offer. I've been running it and had no real success but spoken with others and it is working well for them. I suppose it comes down to the site its being advertised on. Its all about location, location, location.

Hey lacruz, Definitely agree with everyone here. DirectCPV is probably the worth CPV network out there. If you don't want to make the $1000 deposit for TV, try Lead Impact. High quality traffic, equal (if not better) bid prices to TV, and pretty consistent conversions. I've also run Make My Baby offers before and they are tricky to optimize. I've had limited success with promoting these kinds of offers with CPV, but much better results with media buying. Hope that helps! Best of Luck, CPABrainstormer |

Hey lacruz, I have to agree with cpabrainstormer here. Make my baby offers are hard to optimize on PPV but they do quite well on Media Buys! Good Luck Mike |

Hey lacruz, The easiest to promote with CPV, in my opinion, are free trial, short form offers. Credit report and auto insurance have done well for me in the past, but recently have slowed up quite a bit. If I were you, I would contact my AM and ask what offers are converting well with contextual advertising (also called DLS on some networks). Once he/she gives you a good list, start promoting all of them. Make sure you are conducting REALLY good keyword research though. Start with broad, long-tailed keyword phrases and narrow down to the more specific keywords. Also make sure you are targeting a good amount of URL's as well. I like to take my top 10 keyword phrases (the one's with the highest search volume), and put them into Google. I then take all of the URL's from the first page of search results for each keyword phrase. After doing that, you should have a nice list of keyword phrases and URL's. This will allow you to get a feel for all of the offers that you are going to be promoting! If you are worried about your budget, set each campaign to $5-$10 per day and see what happens. You never know if you'll hit a winner out the list that your AM gives you! That's what I have always done with CPV and I do pretty well ! Hope that helps!Best of Luck, CPABrainstormer |

It's the opposite of IQ offers - try hitting female demographics.

thanks @ all! i rotated the offer a little bit - now i test Make Me Old. and yes, i'm still targeting female demographics (age: 15-25)... I target a lot of myspace layout sites... ;-) is that the right way? A lot of girls are visiting these sites.. |

| keep in mind that 1 out of 10 visitors might click the cpa offer on your landing page and 1 out of 10-20 will convert at best.
