What would you suggest is the best training material that teaches either via video or PDF for PPV to CPA?

Also, would this work for PPV to physical products? (an ecommerce site)

I know about PPVF2.0 but it is closed and I was told the price is way too high for what you get and you could do better with a $97 course, but not sure which one is the best to get. I am not looking for the cheapest, I am looking for the best, clear, and with the latest ways to get the best traffic and the cheapest possible way.

IMHO the best is to spend that money testing offers.
In affiliate marketing the most important thing is experience, and no course can teach that to you.

To get started read a few posts on insideaffiliate and finchsells . They teach the basics there.

Thank you for your input, but let me clarify a little more what I need.

I already know the basics of PPV, what I am looking for now is techniques, ideas, tricks, things I can do to either get better quality traffic that converts, cheaper traffic, and some no to common techniques that can help me do better.

Because other than that, I would have to agree with you on the "experience" is important

What do you think about searching in the Warrior Special offers section? I'm sure that also Google can help you out. But I agree with bbrock: There are not a lot of people who are revealing their REAL money makers, like traffic source that converts by a cheap price. This is somethig YOU have to discover.

Without doubt the best training forum and tools are from David Ford (PPVAffiliate) at PPV Playbook.

He's incredibly knowledgeable, extremely responsive to questions and provides tons of case studies where he shows you every single aspect of winning and losing campaigns. Plus you get all the Affportal tools thrown in (URL scraper etc) in so it's a great deal. Plus there are some great folks over there who are turning it into a real nice community. Check it out. I think it's exactly what you're after.

Am currently going through Mike Morgans Overnight CPA Riches and Traffic Ultimatum. Both are pretty good but I guess you can find cheaper WSO's here

I'm members at both PPV Playbook - Winning Tactics for PPV, PPC, Media Buys and Social Marketing and CPVDen :: PPV Marketing & CPV Marketing Techniques, Tools, and Videos :: CPV Den and they are both solid communities.

CPVDen is newer but the owners think outside the box when it comes to PPV traffic. The owners are always available and it'd be great to get in while it's still small and there is plenty of room for one on one attention.

PPV Playbook has been around for a little while now and it's grown pretty well - and the owner is awesome at helping.

What's been people's experience with CPV Marketplace? I signed up but it looks like localpages.com is their primary source of traffic. I think they're popping traffic on their own pages? Seems that would be great for offline businesses? They also said they've got 5,000 publishers. But when you go to do a campaign you get CPM, CPC, CPV, CPI options.
