I want to be an advertiser. I'm trying to find a network where you only pay for leads that take an action for CPA offers which is what this network claims. They are based out of Singapore and they are NEW. I don't know if they're a scam or not but I have already tried to send them a couple of emails and I haven't had a response. For me that throws a BIG read flag. Someone please give an honest review, THANKS

Do you know of ANY newtorks where you are just paying out money if an action takes place (That includes not paying for traffic that may come to you landing page)?
