CPA Networks

Can someone list CPA networks that allow advertisers only to pay out money when a lead takes an action and not just for receiving traffic? My budget is almost gone and I can't waste anymore money. It would be greatly appreciated!

If I think I understand your question correctly, then most network's advertisers pay for actions, not traffic. Thats the whole basis of CPA marketing.

If you mean being a publisher (affiliate who promotes a CPA offer), then you get paid when somebody performs an action. You can get traffic from free traffic sources, so you never risk a penny.

Or perhaps I am way off with how I interpreted this question

Sending traffic is worthless unless the user takes action.

That's what CPA is : cost per action, not cost for traffic

I think he meant he's an advertiser and he's working with a "CPA Network" that's charging him for the traffic sent to his website instead of the actions taken by that traffic.

If this is the case, you should make sure you're working with a CPA Network. Because CPA stands for Cost Per Action, the actions taken by traffic, probably an email submit? zip submit? free trial? anyways, if you're being charge for traffic you're probably working with a PPC, PPV, etc network.

Some top CPA networks are : NeverBlue, ClickBooth, MaxBounty, EWA, Azoogle.

Sorry for the confusion. I am a member of an Adscend Media and Conversion Exchange. I pretty much no long have any money to advertise so I was looking for a place where I could advertise CPA offers and only pay for results. Meaning getting traffic and not having to pay anything until an action takes place. I've been advertising using PPC, PPV, and some free methods but I just can't get any results.

Thank you to all who responded! Again sorry abut the confusion, I wasn't clear. I think I have another question that relates to my original. Well, I did notice that you can sign up to networks as an advertiser. They usually offer Cost Per Lead, Click, and Sale acquisitions, all of which only require you to pay if one of those acquisitions takes place. If your a CPA marketer or if you sale products can't you just go through them as an advertiser and just pay for actions, clicks or sales that take place. I think you are talking about arbitrage (Arbitrage - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia). The only way to do this is to load CPA offers on other networks at a lower price than you get paid and wait for them to be 'picked up'. The issue of course is the offer is probably on the networks you already know. Look for smaller, unknown ones and try it there. Other than that, if you really know what you are doing on CPC / CPM networks you can do very well coming in way under budget. Remember offers with CPA's are there for you to make money and work because affiliates are making more than they spend. Hope this helps.

If this was the case then the merchant would be doing that and no need for affiliates, affiliate marketing is a tough biz to crack

Unfortunately, CPA is not all that simple. If you try to buy leads (instead of traffic) you will have 2 main problems:

1. They usually will cost more than the payout of your offer.

2. Networks will scrub you like crazy and then ban you, because quality of your leads will be very low and the advertiser will be getting absolutely no conversions in the back-end.

So I think that you should learn how to work with traffic (PPC and PPV, for example) instead of brainstorm ways to buy leads.

Its good that you are thinking creatively and thinking of minimizing your risk and maximizing your potential opportunity. These are great things and you are thinking with a good business mind.

With that said, also remember that an important part of business is making sure everybody around you is making out well. The best companies and start ups are the ones that are massively helping people out in some way. So, your business activities should make it so your customers, your affiliates, your partners, your CPA networks, your advertisers, everybody ends up in a better position for working with you.

So, if you can focus on getting good leads, you are golden.

Also, arbitrage is rare. Let me clarify, PURE ARBITRAGE is rare. Business is generally about taking risks and being rewarded or punished for taking risks. Its very hard to find riskless transactions in an open market because generally other entrants flood in and level out the opportunity. So, sustainable arbitrage is a tough thing to find. It still exists to a very small extent in the financial markets between trade exchanges, foreign currencies, etc, but pure arbitrage is a tough thing to find.

In any event, keep working hard buddy. I like that you are thinking and I have no doubt this creative thinking will eventually push you over the edge and into the big money.
