Any major problems

also how much do they pay out per sale

Peerfly has an "As Seen on TV" section with 105 offers right now. The payouts vary per product but seem to be very reasonable. Let me know If I can help you anymore!

There's definitely networks out there with "As Seen on TV" offers. As Seantrepreneur said, the payout all depends on the product and cost to the consumer. If you belong to any affiliate networks now you should just ask your AM if they have any of those offers.
