Default annyone care to help a CPA newbie?

Hi Warriors - Firstly I must say that in 2 days of being a WF member I find this to be an incredibly gracious community, so thanks for that. I can't believe it's taken me 6 months to join you guys.

Anyway,

Is it unusual to have 0 conversions (zip submits) after 200 clicks?

I'm perplexed by my campaign stats for an offer to win Nike VR golf clubs and $500 in green fees.

It's a zip submit offer with a very clean landing page that struck me as quite impressive since all added up its about $1,200 worth of 'stuff'.

I'm running the ads on Facebook with a direct link. This kind of offer did not strike me as needing a pre-sell page - am I wrong?

Are golfers simply curious clickers, who run away at the request of a zipcode?
Is golf such a mundane topic that the interest level doesn't go beyond seeing what's behind the ad?

Is it Facebook Traffic?

I simply find it odd that even my campaigns in the totally saturated 'make money' niche will still generate a 6% opt-in lead conversion and the occasional sale.

This is my first time outside the make money & weight loss niche, where although still not profitable as of yet, I get some fairly consistent metrics for my paid advertising.

Thoughts on the dynamics of this niche or direct linking for a zip submit on FB?

Hey welcome to the WF! Its a great place as you are learning.

As per your dilemma, have you tried split testing the offer with a similar one? I dont do a whole lot with facebook, but for certain niches, its terrible. But with 200 clicks you should be getting at least some conversions.

Always be split testing so you can weed out whether its the offer, networks, etc!

Let me know buddy and hopefully I can help out

Hey Sunuptosundown welcome to the forum!! There is sooo much useful information on here it's nuts. Anyways, Im actually running the exact same offer and I've gotten 54 clicks with 5 conversions. Its just something I'm trying out, but its converting decent I guess. Talk to your AM about it maybe they can give you some insight. Good luck with your CPAing!!
