No, I can't say anything about ad4game. Just wanted to offer a try with Fidelity. It might fit your remnant needs.

CPMSTAR the best alternative. Adsense can not earn much. But with regular pay and reliability are preferred.

Ad4Game: This company agreed to set up an account for me and then failed to do so for a month (and counting). I set half my ad budget aside for them when they asked for the info to get the account set up and this has cost me the returns on those ads for a month, making it very difficult to continue advertising and pay the bills.

try EpicGameAds for a $5CPM Epic Game Ads

MMOTraffic if you actually kept some consistent campaigns and didn't always make your publishers replace campaigns all the time you would get more favor, I almost favor you over CPMstar but for that one reason I don't

Hey guys, I'm friendly with the founders of CPMStar, Ad4Game and EpicGameAds. I can tell you that they're all run by A++ founders.

CPMStar has been around for a long time, however they recently sold the business in the last year or so to GSN (the tv network). I don't doubt they're still doing a great job, but Josh & Dan are probably checking out soon.

Ad4Game is run by Omar Tahiri, which again is an A+ founder. He's very technical and analytical. They run all CPC deals, and they are quick to innovate by introducing anchor ads and other non-standard ads to help their ads get better CTR's. They are offshore (outside the USA), so not sure if that matters or not.

EpicGameAds is run by Kenny, who used to run BootyArcade (actually still does I guess). He gets a lot of ads from CPMStar, but that will change as he grows his advertiser base I"m sure. I get the sense they run a lot of their ads on a few properties too, some they own (not that that makes a difference). They're sort of new, haven't been running ad networks for a long time as founders, so they're just starting out really. I wish the best and help them in anyway I can, and I think you should support them too and help them grow by testing them out.
