Demographic targeting of CPA offers

Has any one done a comparison of media buying sites that they do not mind sharing and where you can target demographically besides geographically.

Facebook is good for this but might not be the best place to advertise for some CPA offers.

Can anyone suggest more sites where demographic targeting can be done?

I would go for PPV since you can target specific users of sites. Just research pay per view marketing.

Plenty Of Fish is great when it comes to demographics.

Facebook, PlentyOfFish and PPV are all great sources that you can target demographically.

You could also try some direct site media buys. Figure out the demographic of the site and match it up with an offer or vice versa.

Ya use Google Ad Planner/QuantCast/MSN Ad labs/Alexa to cross reference with each other to determine the demographics for direct to site buys.

And yes, POF has a pretty in depth demographic profile to dig through. Their demographic tool is pretty cool:
