Acai Berry Offers?Advice on promoting them.

I was wondering is anyone doing big numbers with Acai Berry Trials and if so how are you getting traffic to the offers?I am looking to hire some one to write me a couple of articles to see how well this works.I was also looking to spend a little money on paid traffic sources such as banners being shown on websites or text ads if anyone has any suggestions to make this a good campaigin im up for suggestions Where is the best place to promote Acai Berry? .

You're a year too late man. If I were to do Acai now, Id probably get a physical mailing list and mail postcards. Too much negative stigma around it online.

Yes, you're too late, buddy.

About a year ago Acai offers had EPCs above $4, but now most of them don't even reach $0.60. I think you should look for other types of free trials to promote. Talk to your affiliate manager and ask some advice.

Acai is still doing good...not the craze it was after Oprah, Dr Oz, and Rachel Ray mentioned it, but its still solid.

Its not a bad idea to set up campaigns now in anticipation of future crazes like Acai was. I'm not telling you what I am doing, but I am ready to unleash whenever the next hot weight loss trend offer pops up

Just keep Oprah on in the background as you are online and as soon as she mentions something new...be a first mover and you will be all set!

Especially for weight loss type stuff!

Isnt it amazing the power she has? There was a show on discovery or something like that about the so called "Oprah Effect", where literally practically every product she mentions on her show can turn people into millionaires overnight. Unreal!

No kidding - anything she mentions turns into gold overnight.

Acai still does well though - it's just not the easy money train it was a year or so ago.

It still does very well on PPV, as well as self serve PPC platforms.

Yep, there are CPAers out there that just do campaigns based solely around products, keywords, etc in shows like Oprah, Rachel Ray, Dr Oz, Doctors, etc

If you can get in early on a trend, there is huge money to be made. Many trends originate from shows like the above! Its not a strategy I actively pursue, but its certainly valid!

I've been focusing on all of the newer muscle builder acai products. Organic traffic from Azoogle has been converting 1:20 across the few offers they rotate through.

It's not at all dead, it's just a lot more difficult to promote. It's not, for the most part, for new people just getting into the industry. Finding traffic is a lot more difficult that it ever has been but there still is traffic available out there.

IMO - Master some easier niche's first, then use that knowledge to tackle tough niches like weight loss

As stated, they are not dead. If you still see the offer on networks, I can guarantee there is still great potential to be made.

The trick is getting creative enough to sell through the traditional traffic sources or creative enough to come up with new and interesting ways to promote it.

Yes , learn a way to steal the competitions traffic. It's not that hard. Competition is a good thing if you know how to leverage it. Finding out how is the sticky part.

Yeah, I agree. Acai Berry will be hard to get into now and the profit margins aren't as high as before. You will have to find a small niche that people aren't hitting with Acai tob be successful.

Its the damn compliance of the offers, with offers going up and down, being the real "challenge"

Acai berries are yesterday's news, you are better off promoting trendier and much more lucrative stuff. Watch Oprah, watch google trends, twitter trends, ebay pulse etc and see what's hot. Then go after those niches.

And stay away from PPC unless you know what you are doing.

On top of that I'm doing pure SEO marketing and 100% organic traffic.

Look outside the box

I will admit I'm expanding to other niches due to the volatility of this market.

Orpah suggests - people accept. It is as simple as that. In my *most* favorite niche, I had to battle badly the whole of last winter because Orpah had mentioned another manufacturer as the go-to guy in that niche (not a CPA offer - it was a sale-based affiliate that sells well in winter and just about okay in summer).

Yeah, it is always best to take the safer route for directing traffic using SEO and organic methods as you don't want to burn your wallet through deploying paid traffic.
Start with link building by submitting articles on Ezines and simply leaving useful comments with your signature containing a link to your site on various major forums.
Simply google for such relevant forums and work your way through the list.

Good thinking. I think a lot of acai traffic is coming organically these days. I'm still seeing a lot of colon cleanse and acai berry combo offers that are working great.

And the thing is that its a volatile market, but the niche itself is always strong. So, if you are tageting product related keywords, then its a little bit trickier to keep the campaign sustainable as the diet trends come and go, but if you are targeting diet related keyword, you can many times just switch products on the site whenever the new fad comes along!
