CPALead and AdBrite

Can CPALead links be used with AdBrite PPC? I wouldn't worry much about it except that I know CPALead has been getting a bit strict on their TOS, and I don't want to get banned.

I know that http://www.blamads.com/ has a private section on their site with how to build traffic for content blockers. I've heard that some people are having huge success with that.
