Hi Pool,

Hmmm... subjective discussions aside of what "best and most serious" means...

I consider NeverBlue a great network and they have incentivized offers. And so does MaxBounty.

It is true that leads generated via incentivized traffic/leads are not as valued by advertisers as much as leads generated through a stricter qualification process; but I don't think anyone can deny that this kind of traffic is working well at least for some advertisers (and publishers too!)
