Many networks approved me without phone call when I was just starting with CPA. I think that it's because they don't call all the foreign affiliates. Peerfly, Tatto Media and Clickbooth are the biggest ones.

i know how you feel dude. The problem is the bias-ness that exist to people outside the US, UK, Aus and NZ. It should not matter that publishers are not able to communicate well in english, but the reality is that it does. sad but true.

Exactly, funny thing is, i have websites getting for example 30-40k mobile traffic, 90% organic, 80% from the usa, but still they think that because of me living outside the usa means i cant make them any money..

Why don't you try Socialgalore.com / Neverblue.com / Xy7.com, these are the 3 networks I signed up and never received a call. Then again, just my personal opinion, I prefer getting a call and speaking to my AM. The relationship you build up with the AM is really vital if you are serious about success.

To be honest, I don't remember how much time it took for them to approve me. However, most networks will take a week or 2 to approve you if you don't call them.

Did you get your phone verification pin?

If I remember the procedure right, you can log into your account immediately after signing up but need to submit your phone number to receive a auto pin code to enter into your dashboard for your account to be activated.
