Actually you have to test different cpa offers etc.

I do not know which niche your site is in and that´s why I cannot say exactly why you do not make any sales.

Nice method, I actually have used this for Adsense sites, recently added CPA offers on my adsense pages and increased my daily income because of it.

Also i would warn to stay away from auto-blogs since google will catch on and you will lose good revenue because of it.

I do CPA marketing and yes you can make good money doing this just need to put in the work to get clients to your blog so they can sign up. Also make sure you look for good company's to work with for CPA.
