I want to make website where you complete offers for cash/giftcards. My domain is dollarforest.com and the problem is that I didn't get accepted by cpalead because they don't accept those kind of websites.

I don't know if CPALead accepts sites that pay users to take surveys or fill out forms, but there are other networks running incent offers, so try to contact them and see if they allow people to use those sites to promote their offers.

About the payout, they are lower because they run incent offers. Non-incent offers pay more, since people perform the action because they are interested in the offer itself and not in the gift that you are offering.

Maybe because those sites don't bring any conversions for the advertisers in the back end. There are many ways to promote incent offers, not only incentive sites.

About SparkLeads, I have already heard about them, but have never run a cmapaign with that network.

Cash incent is getting harder and harder nowadays, you need to have really good fraud prevention on your sites. I know some people that still allow it though!

We have a bunch of campaigns that allow incentivized traffic. Some networks don't allow it at all, because sometimes it is hard for them to police (so much bad traffic and/or fraud), but when you are applying with a network, let them know how you intend to run their offers so that they would only show you their incentivized campaigns. This way, you don't get stuck promoting an offer that doesn't allow incent, and risk getting chargebacks.

I've launched DollarForest.com, I am using SparkLeads(instant crediting) at this moment, some of the users complain that the offers do not credit. Is it the user's fault or sparklead's?

Shiftcode is great as long as you use all the features they provide properly to fight the fraud. You just need to police your incentive site with common sense, if you see a person coming in and signing up for 20 trial offers in 10minutes, you can expect charge backs at the end of the month. If they come in and do 10 freebies, and sign up for netflix then they maybe legitimate. You need to utilize geo-ip location technology, common sense, pick up the phone time to time to verify, etc. The more energy and focus you put into incentives the better they can work out for you. We have some publishers doing millions on just incentives with their sites.

We are using all the features to fight the fraud. What I am saying is that people do not get their freebies offers credit, I am not talking about reversals. They are doing the offer right, but on my sparkleads accout the offer isn't crediting. I get alot of Pending(Instant) offers, I tried doing a Real Player offer myself and it did not credit.

I am also looking for weekly or bi-weekly payments to pay my users faster. I've also noticed that some cpaway offers lead to pointclicktrack, do they work together or what ?
