Monetizing Celebrity Traffic

I am looking to buy a few sites that are built around specific celebrities and getting 100+ visitors per day with no effort.

Wondering what the best way to monetize these sites is and if it is hard to convert traffic?

Worried that most of my traffic is kids searching for celeb news or pics.

To be honest, its quite a tricky challenge, but if you are persistent, with a bit of creativity then there should be no problem generating revenue through sites like these.

Where currently working on monetization of an internal celebrity gossip website. It ain't easy as some people will have you believe.

I have tried a few things (pimping out celebrity related posters from allposters, selling DVD's from the celebs that they star in on each celeb page, Adsense placement in key areas on the site yada yada) and we still haven't yet found the best way.. just yet.

Feel free to bounce some ideas this way.

Trying that through implementation of our other key technology called "InImage Ad". Basically in-image advertising on the photos that when you scroll over link out to affiliates selling handbags, shoes, fashion related clothing. Very much R&D at the moment...

Try Image polls with cpa offers. Or Discount coupons will be great as mostly Female traffic will be coming..

I think CPA offers could work good, especially if you put some type of interesting "quest" for your visitors, like already mentioned image polls, or if you can get some unique idea... of course, if you want to stay away from adult type of sites for which I've heard they are doing pretty well...

The only way I know how to do that is this: you register the domain name of the start, you optimize the site for keywords like pictures, videos, etc.... you are going to create an entire site with pictures of a HOT GIRL, it does not matter that is not the star in case, and you put your affiliate link behind the pictures and send them to dating sites, the logic behind this is simple, most of the people that will land in your page are looking for pictures or video of this actress (mostly naked ), when they find the site with a "real" girl and they are send it to a dating site, some people sign up expecting to meet her in the other side, you obviously get paid when this people sign in.
