CPA Banner Ad Campaign---The Basics?

Greetings:

Looking for a simple plan to get started promoting CPA offers via banner ads...

Can any of you suggest websites, WSOs, etc that offer some simple tips to get your feet wet? Learn a few things and then adapt to my own strategy after my initial failures?

Here's a post I wrote about one strategy I used to use heavily and recommend for beginners:

Low budget media buying for beginners: cheap traffic, simple to do, and unlimited traffic....

Outside of that there are lots of banner advertising networks, but I recommend when starting out to go direct to site since it's typically cheaper, more transparent, and easier to control costs when doing flat rate buys like I mention in that post.

CR on your offer

I think they are looking for more of a step-by-step tutorial on how to set up a campaign.

interestingly enough, people will learn that when they decide to stop looking for shortcuts, asking for handouts, and they just do it

you will screw things up the first couple of times, but that is the only way to learn. The same goes for most things in life.
