Hello, I have used Twitter, doing the whole I'll follow you if you follow me, to generate traffic to email/zip submits. Results are very patchy and I have to admit I was not expecting to do much really. I just wanted to have a go. These tests were using my own Twitter lists, not the "I will Tweet My 5 million Follower" gigs we find in fiverr etc. I am now pondering testing systems like reTweetit, Twivert, Magpie. I wouldn't ask you to reveal any campaign details but I wondered if any Warriors had tried these types of systems with any success. I guess it's all about traffic = clicks = conversions = profits like any method. Would you direct link (via bit.ly) or send traffic to a squeeze page? I am sure there must be a way to profit from these Twitter platforms. Or is it just another brick wall to bang your head against ![]() Just throwing this out to see what you think. Cheers, Steve |

Polls can work well with Twitter traffic. |

I've used some of the paid twitter services in the past. I was able to pull in some profit - but the results are so up and down that I stopped spending my time on it. I'm sure that you could come up with a better way to do it though - if you really focused on it.

I think that, maybe subconciously, this is why I started this thread. My results so far with Twitter sites have been erratic and the traffic is difficult to analyse and optimise so I can't really develop what I have done so far. I plan to look at other avenues within Twitter and really focus and try to build and develop a sustainable marketing plan. Cheers, Steve | |
