Discover Card pays $40 through CJ - what banks pay for new bank account sign-ups

Discover Card / Discover Bank, pays publishers $40 at CJ for approved consumer cards. Anybody know of programs that pay for new bank accounts opened?

Several networks have offers for virtual credit cards, but have never seen something related to bank accounts...

ING Bank pays for new bank account sign-ups. I think it is $10 per referral. You need to first get your own ING bank account and then you get a referral link within your account.

It even has email your friends feature within the account. It is a great bank with no fees, so it is pretty easy to get sign-ups.

Thanks for the info - i found a Belize based bank paying $75, but i need a US based bank for this program. ING is a good bank, but payouts would have to be substantially higher to promote heavily.
