Default Driving traffic to article

Hi

I've posted an article on GoArticles, and are looking for ways to market it. The article is a review of a clickbank product.

I have tools like Scrapebox and Senuke. I could for example post links to it on bookmarking directories, then use Scrapebox to boost the video count so the article comes one of the most popular on the site. Hence get more attention from people, because it is visible.. On youtube there is a video of how scrapebox is used to manipulate viewcount on ezinearticle, so if it works there it will maybe work other places too..

Also looking for other ways to bring traffic to article, thinking of utilising craiglist or something in that direction..

any strategies you would recommend me?

Have you tried forum marketing. Go to your niche keywords and find forums relating to your niche. Register on the forums. Most forums let you have a link in your signature. Here you could market your article to drive free traffic to it. In addition, PPC has the potential to drive targeted traffic to your article however I would suggest learing how to do it prior to spending money as you can lose money quickly if done incorrectly.

Hey loginname,

Article Marketing is very potential and have big scope. but you must work carefully. Keyword and Title of your Article matters a lot.

Though for other Marketing methods there are simply loads of methods. You can try Forum Marketing. just search the appropriate Forum related to your Niche/Offer. You Tube is one the best place to generate loads of money. If you can invest some money you should try Media Buys and PPC too. they also have big scope for an Internet Marketer.

When I used to do article marketing I had one traffic source that was great: Google!

I tried to do article marketing and use many strategies to monetise them, but I just started making some serious money when I put my focus on SEO.

IMO, if you want to make a real income with article marketing you need to do proper keyword research and backlink generation.

Keyword Research -> Keyword Rich Article <- Links Wheels

Then here is how I monetized the articles:

Search Engine -> Article -> Squeeze Page -> Autoresponder Series -> Offer

It allowed me to build lists while making money and start making a full-time income with free traffic.

You need to build backlinks to the actual article.

You will probably need to push a lot of articles to make anything substantial. A lto of people will wriet a few offers and call it a day. You really need volume!

Just a thought!

I would advise against building backlinks to your goarticles article.

You want to be building up your own website and not goarticles - what you should do is create unique articles packed with informative content and get it indexed on your website first!

Then you should submit it to goarticles and ezinearticles so that it can be syndicated all around the net with your link still intact.

As I said before - build backlinks to the article on your website so you can rank for it in the SERPS and ultimately get traffic coming directly back to your website where you can capture their info, throw offers at them etc.

Best of luck

That is incorrect and does not make any sense whatsoever.

To 'rank' an article would be to get it into the SERPS (preferably google) so how can you diversify the only traffic source (google) to make it legitimate to google themselves?

They don't care where traffic comes from - in fact they don't care if you have traffic at all.

They only care about satisfying their customers needs (the information seekers who use google).

I think he was meant to say diversify your backlinks from different sources/sites to appear natural.
