CPA Mentor needed! 8 million Youtube views & can't monetise!

I have a Youtube channel with 8 million views, approximately receiving 10K a day at the moment down from 55K when I first uploaded them.

I'd rather not go into details about the type of videos for obvious reasons. I realise finding a high converting product first is usually key but unfortunately instead I have found the traffic first. There must be a way of converting at least some of it.

I'm going to try and join as many CPA networks as possible and fine tune related offers. Also tweak the annotations etc.

It's killing me! If any one offers CPA consultation please let me know. Or warriors, if you have any advice/tips I'd appreciate it!

Use offervault.com to find an offer related to your videos.

Are you displaying Adsense ads on the videos?

Not sure if you need a mentor. You already have the traffic, so you just need to find the offers.

Sign up for some networks and try to contact your affiliate manager. He will help you choose some offers that are performing well based on the demographics of your traffic.

Do you have the ability to make more or is this a one hit wonder? If the former...then there probably a better way to monetize! Let us know.

I agree with every poster above, you require no mentor (well, unless you wanna learn more... on different things I guess)

If you can duplicate it wonderful, do it up

After signing up to those networks call them. Get that traffic monetized by the end of today. You can def do it

There are so many offer's related to demographics.

Simply think about WHO your vid is related to, and simply find an offer for that certain demographic.

I'm kinda jelous actually, I would have love to have 8 mil chanel views... Got like 10 on a dead account somewhere

Well yeah, reverse engineer the site (quantcast, compete, spyfu, keywordspy, google tools) of the offer you find to get a more laser targeted offer.

For now you might as well find an offer you think is relevant and chuck it on there

I've joined many CPA networks but the account managers, although suggested some suitable offers, haven't been a great help. I've tested with numerous CPA/affiliate offers but no joy. Very very low CTR.

I know it's just a case of tweaking and testing...

CPA is kinda tough, stick with it though I'm going to be helping people when I find more things that work.

Instead of posting your latest videos on YouTube, post them on your website and have links to your newest videos going to your website. Then use a CPAlead Widget to force your visitors to complete a survey before they can view your latest video.

Always be testing! It's probably the most important advice in the CPA world that you can get.
