Tracking 202

So I'm trying to get tracking 202 working for about 2 days now. I keep getting an error "too many connections" and also I'm not really sure how to install it. Are there any video's on how to do it?

Or you can try Prosper202, the self hosted version. I know quite a few prefer it for a variety of reasons over Tracking202.

Best bet is to ask on the proper202 forum - Prosper202 Self Hosted Apps

yeaps just get a .info domain and install prosper202 script
it takes 5 minutes to install for newbie like me
I just youtube the instruction.

and the most important is you keep all your keywords and links yourself safe!

Yeah tracking202 has been putting that error message up for like a month now. Prosper is easy to install create an sql database from hosting account, then upload all of the prosper files to your website and it will walk you thru the steps.

Wes and his team are pretty good about providing support for their paid version (Tracking202). Give them an email about your problem or post on their forum.

Like everybody has said... Prosper202 works pretty good.

If you want to use Prosper202 (self hosted version) it's pretty easy to install... Just go to YouTube and search for Prosper202 install and you'll find a couple of videos that make it pretty easy.

If you're going to install on shared hosting you may need a modded version of Prosper202 depending on your hosting service.

I've added a few mods to Prosper202 1.6.1 and created a modded version...

Hey Derek

I noticed on your website that this modded version doesn't use the mySQL partitioning but you still don't recommend it on shared Hostgator. Do you know of anyone that actually has it up and running on HG? I and several others have a modded 1.5.1 running AOK on shared HG but I'd love to upgrade....

Hey Filter,

It very well may work... But I've had such bad luck with scripts on HostGator lately that I don't even try to install any scripts on my resellers account anymore.

I moved all my tracking scripts to a VPS...

I still have a HostGator resellers account, but I didn't test the modded version out on it.

You can create a sub domain and install it real quick and see how it goes. It should work, but no guarantees.

I'm making a video on how to update you're existing Prosper202 install with just the 2 mods LP CTR and Subid Buttons...

The only manual thing you'll need to do is some MySQL commands in PhpMyAdmin...

That's because you'll need to create the tables for the LP CTR Mod. The Subid Buttons Mod just requires a single file to be uploaded and overwrote with your Propser202 install.

Hey Filter,

I'm doing an update video right now that will show you how to update your existing Prosper202 server with the two mods.

I'm simplifying the process as much as possible.

That way you only have to upload one folder and create the 3 tables that the LP CTR Mod needs to operate.

Should have it up on the blog today...

I did my first advanced landing page with 100% correct setup in prosper modded version. I have my landing page with 3 different offers on it.

After 24 hours, I only seen in my data, under landing page ctr, keywords/url with ctr. Those keyword/url without ctr is no where to be found. I have hundreds of clicks from ppv/cpv network. I also not seen any leads in overview page but I have some coversion.

Please help??? I search with prosper202 forum and have searched same problem but no response from the support team.
