Have CPA offer, need high volume merchant account

I have a CPA offer, I'm wondering if any of you would know of a high risk, high volume merchant account provider?

I don't know about high-risk, but I used to have a merchant account through merchantwarehouse.com (who in turn is through Authorize.net), and they are certainly able to handle high volume. You can get it all set up pretty quickly too.

I stopped taking credit cards directly, so I wound up canceling my account, but they are a good provider.

Yes, exactly. It involves supplemental vitamins and free trial.
