I think it's Leadbolt as well, I am actually using Leadbolt and I can tell you that they are quite good, especially after the noise going around CPALead...

The gateway leadbolt has looks so 'pre 2K'
Only suitable for crappy looking websites IMO.

No matter how 'well' it's customized...

Show me your BEST leadbolt gateway and i'll show you DEFAULT syndik8ed gateay that converts 20-30% better without customizing it at all.

They seem to be a hasoffers affiliate and are on shared hosting :/

not running on HO for sure. they have their own in-house tracking.

romyni is correct. We do not run on HasOffers. We have a proprietary tracking system that's developed fully in Python. Payment terms for ALL new publishers will be on a Net 30 until you've proven you do not run our software illegitimately. After that we are open to discuss a payment term that works for you.

Because our tracking is proprietary and built from the ground up we have excellent fraud prevention systems built-in. These systems have been coded the exact way we wanted them for sustainability.

We do not auto-approve applications. The requirements for acceptance are mostly based on the quality of traffic you have to present to our advertisers. We have a protocol that we follow to meet the needs of our advertisers. This is to ensure that we are not some fly-by-night organization that will screw advertisers, publishers or the end-users (traffic).

Yeah, Syndik8ed media looks pretty cool. There are so many content gateway networks out there to choose from, i think any competition is definitely good for making this industry better for the affiliates.
